Our commitment

We are a Certified Public Accounting firm serving businesses, insurance agencies and families from Westwood and Boston. Accessibility is part of good client service: information about taxes, accounting and our team should be as easy to reach by keyboard, screen reader or magnification as it is with a mouse.

We treat accessibility as ongoing work, and we review this website when we change its content or design.

Conformance status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements that help make web content more accessible to people with disabilities. This website is designed and built with the intent to conform to WCAG 2.2 at Level AA.

It has been reviewed by the people who built it using automated checks and manual testing with a keyboard and at different screen sizes. It has not yet been audited by an independent third party, so we describe it as intended to conform rather than fully conformant.

What we have done

• Text and interface colors chosen to meet at least 4.5:1 contrast for body text and 3:1 for large text and controls.
• A logical heading structure, page landmarks and a “Skip to content” link on every page.
• Every link, button, accordion, tab and form field can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Accordions and tabs announce whether they are open or selected to assistive technology.
• Form fields have visible labels, required fields are marked in text, and errors are described in words next to the field.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Controls are sized for touch, and the layout reflows to a single column down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
• No audio or video plays on its own. Smooth scrolling and entrance animations switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Compatibility

This site is built with standard HTML, CSS and a small amount of JavaScript. It is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common screen readers, and its content stays readable if JavaScript is turned off.
